By accessing the Claxus website (claxus.mysellauth.com), our Discord server, or by purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or make a purchase.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that buying and using our products is legal in your country, state, or region.
2. Products Claxus sells DMA cards, fusers, firmware, and related hardware and accessories. All products are sold as-is. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the item received.
3. Payments We accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bitcoin, and Litecoin through our official checkout and ticket system. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Prices may change at any time without notice. Never send payments to anyone claiming to be staff outside of our official system — we are not responsible for funds sent to scammers or impersonators.
4. Delivery Digital items are delivered instantly or shortly after payment is confirmed. Physical hardware is shipped to the address you provide, so please ensure it is correct and complete. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs, or stock. We are not liable for carrier delays once an item has shipped.
5. Intended Use & Disclaimer Our products are sold as hardware and development tools. You are solely responsible for how you choose to use them and agree to comply with the laws of your country and any applicable third-party terms. Claxus does not accept responsibility for any account bans, suspensions, hardware bans, legal consequences, or other outcomes resulting from how a customer uses a product. Use at your own risk.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or false claim after receiving a product is considered fraud. Any user who initiates an unauthorized chargeback will be permanently banned, blacklisted, and may be reported, and all products, warranties, and support are immediately voided. If you have an issue, open a ticket first — we are here to help.
7. Conduct When using our services, you agree not to scam, impersonate staff, advertise other services without permission, leak or resell our content, or harass other members. Breaking these rules may result in warnings, bans, or loss of access without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claxus and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Products are provided as-is, without warranties beyond those explicitly stated.
9. Changes Claxus may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
